Our Name
Our name is a combination of the products we handle and the action we undertake with them, plus the abbreviation of our legal status of incorporation.
The E & C part of our company name is derived
from the products we're handling:
Energy and Commodities = E & C
Trading is what we do so we added the action to the produts = E & C TradingWe're incorporated in Rotkreuz, Switzerland as a company based on shares. In our local language German it is called "Aktiengesellschaft" or "AG", in French "Société Anonyme" or "SA" but since we act internationally we have chosen to use the English "Limited" or "Ltd." which brings our name to be:
