COMISA Sinter fines, Pellet feed & Lumpy ore ex Brasil
Cia. de Mineração Serra Azul - COMISA is operating an iron ore mine at the Serra Azul mountains in the vicinity of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. E&C Trading Ltd. is deeply involved with the setup of this new iron ore exporter in Brazil, being one of the shareholders of the mine's Brazilian holding company and acting as the mine's export sales agent.
Extensive feasibility studies as well as JORC compliant drilling programs have shown mineable reserves of over one billion tonnes of high grade iron ore.
The mine is currently producing iron ore to service the demand from local pig iron producers and steel works. For 2018 increased output is planned after completion of the current investment program.Following products are foreseen to be produced in the
future:
